Wrestling Camp

 

This Camp will focus on the mental approach to wrestling which will include sessions on the following:

  1. Proper Drilling Techniques
  2. Intense Drilling Techniques
  3. Situational Wrestling
  4. Live Competition (daily)
  5. Match Strategies/ Smaller Group Sessions
  6. Leg Attacks, Top Wrestling, Defense, and Bottom Wrestling.

Event Registration Details
New Albany Wrestling Camp
Dates: June 10th - 12th, 2025
Grades: K - 12th
Time:
Session I | 9:00am - 11:00am
Lunch (On your own)
Session II | 12:00pm - 2:00pm
Cost: $120 for 3 days of Camp, Camp T-Shirt, & Pizza Party last day of camp
$60 for K - 3rd Wrestlers (You will only come to Session 1)

New Albany High School Wrestling Room | 7600 Fodor Road, New Albany, Ohio 43054

What to bring:
T-Shirt and Shorts, Wrestling Shoes, Water Bottle, Sack Lunch or Money to go get lunch.

Daily Schedule:
9:00am - 11:00am | Session 1
*K - 3rd wrestlers are finished after Session 1
11:00am - 12:00pm | Lunch
*You can bring lunch and eat here or go out to get lunch.
12:00pm - 2:00pm | Session 2
*On last day we will adjust the schedule to end Camp with a pizza party.
